See what you really spend on subscriptions
Subscriptions are designed to be forgotten. A few dollars here, a "free trial" there, an annual renewal you signed up for eleven months ago - individually they feel harmless, but together they can quietly become one of the largest lines in your budget. This subscription tracker gives you a single place to list every recurring charge and see the honest total, normalized to a monthly and yearly figure so mixed billing cadences finally line up.
Add each service with its amount, currency, billing cadence, category, and next charge date. The summary cards update instantly: your true monthly spend, the annualized total, how many active subscriptions you carry, and which category eats the most. Because weekly, quarterly, and yearly plans are all converted to a common monthly baseline, you can compare a $12/month app against a $99/year one at a glance and decide which is actually worth keeping.
Private by default, synced when you want it
Everything you enter is stored locally in your browser, so your financial list stays on your device and works even offline. Nothing is uploaded unless you choose to create a free account - and if you do sign in, your subscriptions sync to your account so the same list shows up on your laptop and your phone. Either way you stay in control of the data.
Export and keep your records
- Export CSV - a spreadsheet-ready file with a monthly-equivalent column, perfect for budgets.
- Export JSON - a clean backup you can archive or move between devices.
- Edit and delete - keep the list accurate as you cancel services or prices change.
Want to see when everything renews? Open the Renewal Calendarto plot your charges on a month grid, or use theCost Calculator to compare monthly versus annual billing before you commit. Reviewing your list regularly is the single most effective way to stop paying for things you no longer use.
Frequently asked questions
Where is my subscription data stored?
By default everything lives in your browser (localStorage) and never leaves your device. If you create a free account and sign in, your subscriptions also sync to your account so you can see them on another device.
How is the monthly total calculated?
Every subscription is normalized to a monthly figure: weekly is multiplied by 52/12, quarterly is divided by 3, and yearly is divided by 12. Adding those up gives a true, comparable monthly spend across mixed billing cadences.
Can I export my list?
Yes. Use Export CSV for a spreadsheet-ready file (including a monthly-equivalent column) or Export JSON for a raw backup you can re-import or keep with your records. Both are generated in your browser.
Do I have to sign in to use it?
No. The tracker is fully functional signed out. Signing in only adds cross-device sync and a saved history — your local list keeps working either way.
